Will You Do An Inspection For Vacuum Insulated?

We'll do three vacuum tests to make sure all water bottle products can be in a long-term vacuum state. The Everich water bottle comes double walled and vacuum sealed to make sure you experience zero condensation and the temperatures of your beverages last in an insulated chamber.

How Do You Control The Surface Durability?

With automated robot polishing machines, our factory can provide wholesale water bottle products with ideal surface at the most stable and reliable high speed pressure control. After polishing appearance inspection, we will carry out salt spray test.

After powder coating or spray painting process, our water bottle products will have adhesion fastness test and dishwasher safe test, to guarantee the stainless steel material hardness, thickness, and decoration layer adhesion fastness.

For silk screen logo, our inspectors will use 3M brand tape to test quality. Meanwhile, UV test can be carried out to understand how stainless steel materials withstand the damaging effects of UV light.

What Kinds Of Testing Do You Do For The Lid?

We can offer the FDA report of lid material. From raw material to injection molding production and lid assemblying, our workers strictly follow every step to provide high quality products. Lid size and fitting inspection as well as lid pull test are necessary to secure locking is qualified to hold every drop inside the bottle.

How Many Inspections Process Will You Do Before Shipping?

Before shipping, we will provide packaging solution for you and make a whole finished product inspection.
Everich offers the whole range of packaging materials to help boost our customers’ brand value. And all these packaging materials can be customized as requirements. Just tell us your idea, and we will provide complete packaging solution for you.
Functional standard tests including insulation fuction test, dropping impact test, water leakage test, stability test, and capacity test.
Besides, we will have carton dropping test to check that products may fall and cause damage during transportation process.
At last process is packaging transportaion simulation test.
After all inspections and tests are completed, the Everich water bottle will be ready for shipping.


